Grant Guidelines
Conditions
- Work with Masconomet Educational Foundation to arrange publicity
- Provide receipts and appropriate documentation for the budget report
- During the project, provide an interim report if requested
- Complete the Grant Report regarding how the grant was used and the project's success
Approval Procedure
All grant requests are reviewed by the appropriate school Principal and Superintendent of Schools before submission to the MEF. Once received by the MEF, the board will determine if funds are available and if the grant request fits within the scope of our mission and annual initiatives. Some additional fundraising may be needed before the grant is approved.
Grant Reporting
After the grant has been awarded and implemented in the classroom, the MEF requires the recipient of the grant to complete the Grant Reporting form. The form highlights the project’s major accomplishments and activities, key learnings and indicators of progress and any setbacks or challenges faced during the implementation process, and a budget recap.
